MY ULTIMATE ‘No Makeup’ MAKEUP For Everyday (The Gym , Running Errands Etc) | RubyGolani

I know that some of you are screaming “NO” and “WHAT ARE YOU DOING?”. Wearing Makeup to the gym is not the best thing you can do for your skin- I know that. But, I also know the feeling of having terrible skin and a low self-esteem because of it. I use to avoid the gym because of my skin and because I didn’t want other women judging me for wearing makeup whilst working out.

It’s honestly a shitty feeling which is why I would wear this “no makeup’ makeup look to the gym.
It seems like A LOT of steps but it honestly takes me less than 7 minutes to get all this on and get myself out the door.

I also want to say that if you feel uncomfortable going out bare-faced, please don’t! You are beautiful!
But we are lucky to have a choice to wear what ever we want and have an empowering tool called makeup.

Somedays I do choose to wear makeup to the gym because it makes me FEEL GOOD, especially when I have to go somewhere after the gym- like running errands after a pump class.

Though its not the best thing for our skin, it has honestly given me so much confidence whilst I struggled through a low period of my life with a face full of acne.
